Looking for a 5+ year WebSphere/AIX Administrator on Unix. Must be familiar with Unix (AIX, SUN, and/or Linux) Administration. Will be responsible for all WebSphere installations, tuning, configuration and troubleshooting. Must have version 5.1 or later and some Scripting skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Manage all WebSphere installations, modifications, performance management and configuration
Prior experience installing, administering and monitoring tasks related to the support of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) version 5.1 or greater
Manage the Unix systems and Java system interfaces, including JDBC, Wepshere database communications and system integration.
Develop application and operational process needed to model, integrate, automate and manage efficient and flexible business processes
Administration and support of all Unix Servers, including working knowledge of Korne and C Shell Scripting, backup and restore procedures
Advanced experience analysing and implementing procedures to improve system and application efficiency
Fluent with Unix, Linux, AIX, Solaris or other flavor of Unix type operating system
Experience with Oracle Financial and Databases a plus
Experience working effectively in a multi-platform environment and applications hosted on Windows 2000/2003, AIX, Solaris, Linux and 0S/400
Bachelor's Degree preferred
