Job Description
Looking for Web Development candidates with Rich Internet Apps (RIA) experience. These are web developers with either .NET or J2EE experience and strong web/commerce design and support of the applications AJAX framework, Adobe flex/Flash, HTML, Struts. Consultants can have a minimal Rich Internet App experience if they have all the other qualities. Managers must have RIA and Sr managers must have some sales and delivery swing. Perfect soft skills and excellent job stability are a must. Large professional services experience is need for managers and Sr managers. Must have bachelors degree, be open to 100% travel Monday thru Friday. Can live close to airport of most major US Cities.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum of 2 years Internet/web design and development experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-2 years experience with AJAX or Flash/Flex (Media experience) 2 years experience with J2EE architecture STRUTS or comparable framework (especially STRUTS2) Tiles JSON, XML and UI designs
