Job Description:
Seeking a manager with extensive experience in the drinking and waste water industry, to develop and execute short and long term sales plans/targets and complimentary product growth for a new, proprietary DBP analyzer and to develop a framework and vision for future analytical instruments in the water market. 

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• creating and executing a shared vision and mission for analyzer market products
• consolidating various analyzer sales strategies to synergize existing assets, create leverage and maximize market potential
• conduct product line gap analysis, prioritizations and road map management
• provide broad and deep Voice-of-Customer input
• develop, implement and coordinate commercial programs, product launches and technical & sales training
• contribute to strategic pricing, sales promotions, rebates and terms & conditions 
• monitor and analyze sales performance and generate reports
