The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities regarding customer returns to ensure customer product is repaired and re-shipped meeting all customer requirements.Degree or equivalent certification or at least one year relevant customer service experience.Customer interfacing and support skills.Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, and WordAt least one year customer service experience.Knowledge of Excel a must.
