Warehouse Worker

SYLVANIA LIGHTING SERVICES is hiring an experienced Warehouse Worker in Raleigh, NC.

The person hired to this job will be responsible for ordering, maintaining, loading and shipping various inventory and equipment located within the branch warehouse. Will be required to keep all inventory and equipment well organized. Required to unload trucks, verify materials delivered, receive and place orders, use excellent documentation and record keeping skills, load various types of materials and equipment onto trucks. This individual will be responsible for keeping the warehouse and the exterior yard clean. This individual will be required lift heavy items and equipment predetermined by management. Individual will be required to work within the SLS Six Point Safety Program

Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass DOT certification and meet the SLS safety weight limit of 280 lbs. Previous experience in lighting/electrical/mechanical is preferred, but not required. Should possess exemplary organizational and communication skills. Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
