We are a leader in our industry, investing in the fastest growing communities in the United States. We are currently looking to expand our support team and seek a Rockstar Help Desk Support Analyst. This position will be based in our technology headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

What you need:
- Service oriented technology support
- BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
- Windows XP/7
- Windows Server 2003/2008
- Exchange, BES, Active Directory
- Network (IP, Gateways, DNS, routing)
- Windows Distributed file system is a plus!
- MS SQL Server is a plus!
- Unix/Linux is preferred
- Quickbooks is a plus!

What you'll be doing:
- Help desk support person, providing support for 300 users.
- Install/upgrade all PC's and peripherals, ensuring proper configuration and network connection
- Provide direct support for all client side applications.
- Use Ghost imaging solutions for PC installation when possible.
- Miscellaneous third party tools
- Remote access (configure ADSL modems, install and test), setup Cisco VPNs
