We are a Healthcare organization with more than 10 clinics in the Denver Metropolitan area. We're growing fast and would like to add a sharp User Support Technician to our team.
In this role you'll be the primary support person handling both phone and deskside support for 50 employees. There will be travel involved throughout the Denver area so reliable transportation is a must.
What you'll need: - Strong Desktop Support skills - Troubleshooting experience with Windows XP, MS Server 2008, Outlook, and Exchange Servers - Experience with user administration for Cisco VOIP systems (Adding, Deleting, Etc.) - Windows networking (DNS, DHCP etc) - Great communication skills - Reliable transportation
