Technical Support Specialist  

Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for an Technical Support Specialist on a Contract to hire opportunity.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for problem solving hardware and software issues to internal and external customers in a professional positive manner. The Technical Support Specialist will assist the Sales Team in answering technical questions regarding software and hardware, will also interface with customers, will provide internal help desk/IT support. This position does require travel up to 25%.

Strong troubleshooting skills
Detail Oriented
Effective Communications skills
Customer Service skills
Help Desk Support of both Hardware and Software

Medical Background
HL7 Messaging
PC Networking skills
Mobile Software
