Responsibilities: - Manage our Projects- Our clients our mid-sized companies and you will head up our team projects of telephony installation, maintenance and support - Implement policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected. - Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user.
Must have skills: - Must have 5+ years' experience managing teams in a technical support/customer service environment. - Experience of the latest network and desktop operating systems remote management and monitoring and help desk software. - At least 3 years in technical product support or information systems environment supporting business-to-business customers. - Knowledge of Legacy and Voice and Data products, Managed and Hosted Solutions, VOIP, Concepts of TDM, VoIP, SIP, H.323, and other Telephony technologies - Excellent verbal and written communications with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills are essential to represent this position.
