This BA will be assigned to the discovery phase of the Security Compliance and Remediation project. There is an automated scanning system to catch all of the gaps for all of the treasury products. All of the data from this scan is kept in a large database. This BA will be tasked with sorting, analysing, and remediating the gaps. Right now, the current team can catch these gaps, but does not have the knowledge on whether it is an easy patch job or a much more complicated process to fix. This BA will need to become the expert on this. Experience and hands on knowledge from the technical side of infrastructure and operating systems within a financial institution is highly preferred. Tools being utilized: Caliber RM for requirements, Excel and Access for data.

• BS and 4 + years or equivalent Capabilities:
• Knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modelling methods and tools
• Knowledge of conceptual and logical modelling
• Ability to coach and mentor other lower level business systems analysts
• Ability to support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition
• Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis.
