Supervisor of Admin Services  

Job Description:
Supervise the administrative staff in the business unit, responsible for hiring, firing, salary recommendations, and creating and administering performance appraisals and development plans. Additionally, responsible for providing executive level support to the VP/GM, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Supervise administrative staff. Making salary recommendations, creating and administering performance appraisals and development plans.
Manage the work load for each of the administrative assistant's in the group and ensure the group has adequate coverage in case of absences, vacations, etc. Approve all time worked, vacations, etc. Responsible for coordination of vacation schedules.
Provide executive-level support to the President & General Manager and VP Strategy and Business Development - manage calendars, coordinate meetings, plan offsite meetings/events, prepare and maintain expenses, and ensure all travel arrangements are made. Create correspondence on his/her behalf, delegate to staff members as appropriate. Participate in Executive Management Team biweekly meetings.
Create, modify, and check all PowerPoint presentations for Strategy and Business Development Team.
Assist in the planning, preparation and conducting of the Client Steering Committee meetings

Qualifications Required:
