Strategic Project Manager

Job Description:
(Description)
The successful Strategic Project Manager will:
Work extensively on tax and regulatory workflows including Internal Revenue Service, Foreign and State regulations. Interface with Audit, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with Regulatory rules and supervise technical implementations supporting the same.

Supervise the development of various systems applications to affect regulatory, process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives. Have responsibilities for the strategy and development of technical specifications to support Tax Information Reporting Solutions (TIRS).

Continually strive to stay on top of regulatory changes, attending industry seminars and conferences, representing TIRS/Broadridge through industry associations and reviewing multiple trade and tax resources.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Extensive Brokerage Operations experience, including IRS reporting best practices and regulations;
Product Development/Management, Project Management, Systems Integration and Data Conversion experience;
Experienced in multiple Brokerage operations platforms, including Broadridge BPS.
College Degree
Experience: 5 - 7 years in Tax Reporting, Information Reporting, Brokerage Backoffice
Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
