Lube Stop, the leader in the fast lube industry, is looking for a Store Manager. Our Managers are responsible for overall performance of the fast lube store and delivering our world-class Lube Stop Experience to every client while they receive vehicle preventive maintenance services. The best candidate will do this by managing and developing staff, leveraging resources to generate maximum revenue, and building a team environment among the store crew. All management positions require previous supervisory and/or management experience. A minimum of two years prior retail or restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. Position requires 45-50 hours of work per week, and flexibility in times/days available to work. Our service centers are open 8:30-6:30 Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:30 on Saturday, closed Sunday. This is not a desk job. Our managers get the best of being technically involved while handling the business and administrative tasks of a small business operator. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, strong working knowledge of retail/restaurant operations, ability to work independently with limited direct supervision, multi-task and prioritizing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong people and interpersonal skills, ability to coach, lead, develop and motivate associates, ability to maintain a positive attitude, high school diploma or equivalent GED.
