Job Description:
(Description) POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for overseeing highly complex projects to implement major new product offerings to Access Data clients.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides project leadership from the point of sale through turnover of client's system to on-going support.
Acts as a liaison for communication between the client and the work team.
Responsible to set and attend all team meetings that allow for communication amongst team members Participates in strategic planning sessions with both client and management to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
Responsible for identifying and documenting the role of each project team member.
Responsible for effectively coordinating the activities of the team to meet project milestones and goals.
Responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance or enhancement of systems as part of the overall project to ensure they are according to client specifications.
Comprehends the full scope of the project and the role of each team member.
Holds each team member accountable for their assigned tasks.
Ensures quality deliverables by ensuring sufficient testing tasks are included in the plan and then confirming task completion.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:
Develops and maintains the high-level implementation project plan in conjunction with other Access Data team members.
Resolve any conflicts between client expectations and actual work output.
Works with Access Data team members (development, product development, operations, Broadridge data center associates, and others) as needed to ensure that all tasks are recorded and risks are documented.
Responsible for monitoring progress, then updating clients, the project team and management on that progress.
Develops and maintains key project documents, such as risk assessment, change control documents, etc..
Manages the issues list to ensure timely resolution and identifies out of scope items.
Facilitates resolution of issues impacting project progress.
Assists in the creation of contract change orders for any item identified as out of scope of the original contract.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills
Financial Services experience is helpful.
Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
