Sr. Deployment Tech	Contract/Permanent

We are looking for a Senior Deployment Technician who would be able to do the following: A. Pilot Image Build and Deployment Build the pilot image as defined by Company Deploy the pilot image to 20 new Dell Laptops Test each laptop using an air card prior to delivery to field personnel. Manage the field swap out process Delivery to company field personnel will be performed by exchanging the new laptop for the laptop currently used by the employee Delivery of the laptops will be split over two mornings Remove the air card from the user's current laptop and insert it in the new one Ensure that the users can log in on their new laptop and provide assistance for problem solving if necessary B. GIS Image Test Build the GIS test image as defined by Company Image 5 Dell laptops with the GIS image (laptops may be new or previously swapped from the pilot test) to be used for in-office testing of the new application C. GIS Field Production Deployment Build the GIS production image as defined by Company Image 200 -- 220 Dell laptops with the GIS production image Test each laptop using an air card prior to delivery to company personnel. Testing will include login, invoke Service Suite and invoke GIS Mobile Application. Manage the field swap out process Delivery to company field personnel will be performed by exchanging the new laptop for the laptop currently used by the employee Remove the air card from the user's current laptop and insert it in the new one Ensure that the users can log in on their new laptop and provide assistance for problem solving if necessary D. GIS Office Mobile Application Deployment Push a new mobile application being developed for this project to approximately 20 office PC's. This process is to uninstall the current mobile applications, MapGuide and/or MapFrame and install the new mobile application. E. MS Office Application Deployment Push MS Office (Excel) to approximately 25 field laptops F. Miscellaneous
