Posses experience assessing products and procedures for compliance with Government standards, accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards. Able to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automation solutions, while considering the current system environment, and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later. Prepare milestones status reports and presentations for colleagues, managers, subordinates, and end user representatives. A minimum of eight (8) years of financial management experience, including 4 years of specialized experience in demonstrated ability to supervise or lead a team of analysts ensuring that group analysts are working in concert to automate complex business practices within the timeframe specified by the customer and that all of the requirements are met. The Senior Budget/Financial Analyst shall possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and the ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and cost data.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related functional or technical discipline.
