We are looking for a Software Development Manager who has prior experience with a small to mid sized company based around Microsoft Technologies. Any exposure to purchasing big packages and customizing/integrating the software to meet your needs will be helpful. This person should be well versed with guiding resources ranging from Production Support workers to Hands-On Developers and Project Managers. This is an AGILE shop and the main priority of this role is to manage all internal applications. Technical Background needs to be current including experience with Cloud Base solutions. This is a web-centric environment, so exposure to Web Based Applications will be helpful. Salesforce.com exposure is extremely helpful.
