OOur client in the Des Moines area has an immediate need for an Application Support Specialist with strong customer services skills. This position will provide customer service and custom application support with a preference towards electronic imaging.Qualified candidates will have experience providing application support, have in-depth, hands-on knowledge of enterprise and Microsoft desktop and web based applications. Electronic Document Management experience is preferred. Applicants must have proven experience with customer service and must possess an understanding of technical processes; troubleshooting problems; and the creation of software documentation. Additionally, experience with manual software testing is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills including excellent interpersonal skills are required.
