Service Coordinator

Service Technicians make up over 75% of our staff, and with a fleet of over 800 service vehicles, we can meet our customers' needs anytime and anywhere.

Manage all aspects of Branch Service Business including Inspections, Service Calls, etc. utilizing in-house labor or subcontractors. This includes (but is not limited to) surveys, route development and maintenance, scheduling, ordering of material and special equipment (if necessary) managing of recycling through approved companies, job site inspections, progress reports (internal and external, if required), meeting all On-Time requirements for both Inspections and On-Call service, and to maintain productivity levels to insure profitability. Also responsible for hiring and training of Service Technicians (Indoor and Outdoor) and adherence to SLS Six Point Safety Program. This individual is also responsible for timely and accurate completion of all internal and external reporting in relation to this Service Business. Also responsible for fleet maintenance in regards to all vehicles used for this Service Business in the branch.

Basic qualifications:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (prefer some college courses in Business Management). Three to four years of previous lighting/electrical experience required and previous supervisory or management experience in a Service Related Business a plus. Previous experience in working with subcontractors preferred. Electrical license preferred, but not required. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Should also possess good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office preferred).
