We are a premiere interactive agency in Washington looking to add a sharp UI Developer to act as the final checkpoint for projects and work with the rest of their team to make sure the site functions correctly and meets design specifications to achieve client goals.
If you are a Senior Software Engineer a strong Java, Javascript and UI experience, please read on!
What you need for this position:
- 4 + years of Java Server Side experience
- 4+ five years of Java or Javascript user interface experience
- Server Side Java development experience
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to work with customers, teammates, and other internal colleagues
- A solid understanding of data structure and algorithm knowledge required
- Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment
- Experience with C++
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience
What you'll be doing:
- You will be involved in developing a web application to search a database and display the results.
- You will also work to integrate a C++ search program into the site
- You will be working independently on this project, though you will be interacting with end users frequently
