Senior Financial Analyst	Permanent

Our Naugatuck Valley area client is searching for a qualified Senior Financial Analyst with manufacturing experience to add to staff. The position is responsible for preparing periodic business forecasts including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements. Other Functions: Coordinate preparation of annual budget and forecasts for U.S. and Canadian operations including income statement, balance sheet, capital expenditures, and cash flow Conduct monthly analysis of sales and margin performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year Prepare written report for use in management results book Assist a sales group in developing and analysing the 12 month rolling forecast For immediate consideration, please email your Resume! Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Good understanding of accounting concepts and cost accounting Experience using Oracle (or other major ERP package) financials and report writing tools as well as budgeting software tools such as Host Analytics or PROPHIX 5 to 8 years of experience with financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment working with Sales and Marketing Experience developing complex spreadsheet-based financial models Must be well versed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
