Job Responsibilities/Department Description: In this role, you will support the VP of Sales for Genzyme Biosurgery, which includes calendar management, travel and expenses. Additionally, you will provide general support to filed sales reps. Additional responsibilities include: New employee Set up Term employee Set up Process order for new hire equipment orders - Cell phones, Blackberry, Fax/Copy Printers, Projectors, Laptops, Monitors and miscellaneous items. Produce, maintain and send out new hire material Field operational questions from the sales force Coordinate End of Lease process for all equipment including return of existing equipment and purchase of new equipment. Responsible for tracking storage of all unused equipment. Process orders for business cards, letterhead, notepads for field Create new accounts for multiple web sites Create weekly news letter Update and maintain FedEx database Maintain voicemail distribution lists Maintain Sales Roster Manage Fleet Department - manage all vehicles for Biosurgery and BSS, responsible for mileage tracking, accidents and claims, manage replacement vehicles, manage repairs
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: High School diploma and 5 years of administrative experience is required.
