Sr. SharePoint Developer

Major Medical Center is looking for a outgoing, self motivated Sr. Web Developer to technically develop the processes and applications for their web-based systems utilizing MS SharePoint, Application Server, web and portal based technologies in a Healthcare environment. Main focus will be integration of Secure Patient portal and Epic MyChart.

Responsibilities:

Develop applications to meet the business requirements.
Create and support applications.
Assist the technical teams as needed.
Be able to make progress on multiple projects concurrently
Be able to communicate with all levels of management and doctors.
Gather requirements
Build patient portals, web pages.

Required:

SharePoint Development experience, along with .NET, VB.NET, C#.
Must have at least 3 years of experience developing and testing applications.
Must be knowledgeable of application development practices and techniques.
MS SharePoint and .NET technology in an enterprise server environment
Must have excellent communication skills
Nice to have Patient Portal, MyChart, Graphic Design.
Bachelors Degree
Local to the Chicago area.

Describe in detail recent experience both functionally and technically that you have with the following areas.

Custom Web parts (Content Query, List View, etc.)
Custom SharePoint web page development using C#.
Event Receivers and Features.
Custom SharePoint Designer and/or Visual Studio workflows.
Infopath Forms Server development
Any SharePoint 2010 development; what differences did you work through.
