Our client in Minnetonka is seeking an experienced SR Business Analyst for a 2 month contract need with possibiity of extension.

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Gather business requirements and document in use case format
• Identify gaps between existing systems and new requirements
• Translate new requirements into functional design
• Perform user acceptance testing once the system is configured

The minimum requirements to qualify for this position are as follows:

• 3 - 5 years experience - Ability to gather and assimilate all available existing documentation/intelligence to better position BA to write business requirements
• 3 to 5 years experience - GDS expertise (preferably SABRA)
• 3-5 years- Ability to facilitate large meetings and interview SME's (eg, Process Owner, Team Leader, End User) and keep the group on task
• 3-5 years - Define and document the attributes and required characteristics that assist with the delivery of the strategic plan into the -business requirements document- template
• 3-5 years of experience required - Liaison with Product Owner, Quality Analyst and IT as business requirements move to development
• 1-2 years experience desired - Travel industry knowledge- preferably corporate travel experience
