This non-supervisory position responsible for independently delivering banking center channel recruiting services to support business unit staffing needs for professional, sales, and management positions. The pay is $35/hr plus agency fee. You will have the ability to work from home or the office!

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Managing client and candidate relationships
• Providing consultative/advisory search recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, advising clients, and closing
• Continuous networking and pipelining to identify candidates
• Extensive client interaction and partnership with multiple business partners
• Full life cycle staffing process management
• High-level skills in time, task, and priority management
• Stay abreast of the banking industry, market conditions, and market intelligence

• Must possess a BA Degree
• Must have a minimum 3-5 years of 'HIGH VOLUME' recruiting experience
• Knowledge of Financial Institutions and or banking center environments will be a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing client and candidate relationships is required
• The ability to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced environment with high volume is essential
• Must be a flexible team player and self-starter that is self-motivated
• Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
• Must show initiative and the ability to exercise independent judgment
