Our client is seeking a Recruiter who is dedicated to staffing resources in a function responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent pools at the Individual Contributor, Manager or Executive level. Candidates will proactively build relationships and execute innovative sourcing strategies. This position partners across Staffing to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective external search process. This is a non-supervisory position responsible for independently delivering banking center channel recruiting services to support business unit staffing needs for professional, sales, and management positions.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Managing client and candidate relationships
  • Providing consultative/advisory search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, advising clients and closing
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify candidates
  • Extensive client interaction and partnership with multiple business partners
  • Full life cycle staffing process management
  • High-level skills in time, task and priority management
  • Stay abreast of banking industry, market conditions and market intelligence
The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise:
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years high volume recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have an eye for talent - Strong ability to screen and recruit talent (quality)
  • Must have a strong ability to work with speed and juggle multiple priorities (quantity and speed)
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Strong customer service mindset and focus - responsiveness
  • Must be an excellent communicator (strong written and verbal skills)
  • Strong networker and able to cold call and build relationships
  • Builds and maintains credibility by knowing the priorities of the business
  • Anticipate how business priorities will impact staffing plans
  • Sales - ability (sell the brand, the opportunity)
  • Must have the ability to eliminate roadblocks and improves processes for successful execution
  • Must be able to work across various HR and staffing teams to effectively leverage and share best practices
  • Pulls together information from a variety of sources-in a user-friendly, business driven way. Provides facts and candid assessment of issues and makes clear recommendations
  • Knows Personnel processes and the role staffing plays in the success of the process
  • Resilient-doesn't take it personally, can bounce back, focuses on continuous improvement
