QA Director - Software QA Testing, Commercial Software

What you will be doing:
* Responsible for all aspect of QA and validation in support of a large scale SOA based product
* Ensure the highest levels of quality for all our products and services by implementing new processes and by coming up with new ideas to constantly improve quality
* Manage and continue to build a team of QA Developers
* Effectively communicate with Product Managers, Configuration Managers, and Development Managers
* Oversee development of test plans and test cases
What you need to apply:
* 5+ years of software QA testing including automated and manual testing
* Experience working in a commercial software environment
* 3+ years in a management role
* Knowledgeable in release management and defect tracking processes
* Experience with HP/Mercury Quality Center, TQM, and SCRUM are beneficial but not required
* Excellent communication skills
* B.S. degree is required
