Manage PostEdge/Transaction Reporting Client project implementations across Broadridge and Client teams.
Gather and compile project specifications and business/technical requirements.
Manage and coordinate Client project work requests and associated project implementation schedules.
Provide second level product support for PostEdge/Transaction Reporting Clients.
Assist with pre-sales PostEdge support.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
Candidate must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work within multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent documentation and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with Clients, IT management, and technical staff.
Product/client service experience in the Financial Services industry required.
Strong knowledge of print stream composition, electronic distribution, web and database applications a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications required.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Experience Range: 7 - 10 years
