Position Summary:
Project management professional responsible for leading and implementing supplier sourcing changes in a Matrix organization.

Responsibilities of Position:

• Plan and managed the implementation of supplier sourcing transitions from initiation to plant production readiness.
• Lead transition project teams and coordinate engineering test, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead cross functional supplier design and manufacturability reviews to ensure all process and APQP elements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive projects to completion within defined time line and cost targets
• Provide timely project status updates to supplier relationship manager and Purchasing leadership
• Facilitate implementation and effective change over with manufacturing plants including inventory bank builds, tooling transfers, and supplier PPAP timing

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated project management skills that include utilizing an organized approach, setting priorities, identifying risks and opportunities, managing resources, milestones, and costs in a Matrix/cross-functional organization.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
• Ability to influence peers and lead cross-functional teams
• Self-starter, possessing high degree of self-motivation and bias for action
• Strong motivation to achieve world-class levels of product quality
• Knowledge of TS16949, APQP and PPAP processes
