Key duties will include but are not limited to:
Business Analyst for MDM Continuous Improvement project
Participate in Product MDM integration discussions throughout multiple company organizations
Facilitate discussions regarding on-going Product data definition needs
Participating in ongoing decisions concerning business workflow processes, data collections, methodology, and data analysis.
Assuring the integrity of Product MDM data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis.
Discussing Business Intelligence needs and processes with internal teams.
Analyzing Product data with standard statistical methods, interpreting the results, and providing written summary of data analyses.
Guiding organizations in making strategic Product data management and business workflow process improvements to meet strategic goals.
Ability to work across multiple business organizations and geographies.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Business process analysis and Product data management
Knowledge of data cleansing processes.
Business workflow process analysis, CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) processes for Product Master Data Management.
Must possess solid communication skills, and must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.

CRITERIA:
The successful candidate will have a degree (or equivalent) in business or technology-related field, with considerable experience in data analysis and business process analysis. Ideally looking for someone with a technical background or strong technical understanding - experience in SAP MDM and SAP Portal is particularly desirable.
This candidate will possess the ability to assist in business requirements prioritization and understand data analytics.
Must be able to work with business leads and IT data architects to problem solve to meet business strategic needs.
