Requirements:OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Design, execution and analysis of experiments. - Troubleshooting and support of production. - Coordination of technicians, operators or other project team members as required. - Provision of training for operators and other appropriate personnel.- Interactions with customers in the U. S. and overseas.REQUIREMENTS: - BS in Ceramic Engineering or Material Science with a focus on ceramics.- 10 years of experience in a development or manufacturing environment. - Strong statistical analysis and problem solving capabilities.- Good organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.- Ability to work effectively with all levels within a manufacturing organization.- Successful track record of contributing to a cross functional team oriented multi-project environment.
