What you need for this position:

-At least 2+ year in B2B business development (outside sales) experience
-At least 1+ years of experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, fluid, or power components distribution
-Great at presentations with clients
-Great communication skills and strong leadership qualities
-Certification with Fluid Power Society beneficial but not necessary

What you'll be doing:
- Manage gross margins and inventory levels to support sales and cash flow
- Strategic account management
- Creating, enhancing and implementing customer service activities
- Identifying growth opportunity and creating the appropriate plans of action
- Monitoring business cycle trends and adapting systems and processes to accommodate needs
- A Key contributor to budgeting process helping establish and track against forecasts.
- Owns reporting of key performance metrics
- Key point of contact for account issues or updates
- Designing and maintaining account reporting processes
- Measuring and tracking customer performance
- Defining effective pricing practice and provide adequate reporting
- Own/lead special projects as needed.
- Exhibits a spirit of continual improvement.
- Promotes a positive, innovative culture and workplace.
- Maintains good relationships with internal and external customers.
