Job Description: Our financial client is seeking an Open Systems Engineer. This position requires extensive subject matter expertise and skills in the Avaya and/or Aspect Dialer product suite. Skills: 1- Previous Aspect Unified IP experience 2- Circuit & Carrier experience 3- Previous Contact Center experience 4- Previous Dialer experience (Aspect Conversations; Avaya PDS) 5- Server Support/Server OS 6- FTP/SFTP experience Value Add Experience: 1- Aspect Advanced List Management 2- Aspect eWFM 3- Aspect Enterprise Campaign Manager Roles and Responsibilities: -Engineering and designing call center solutions on the Avaya and Aspect auto dialer, OnQ, Calltech & WFM platforms. -Knowledge of PBX, CMS, T-Server, Network and Server Builds. Coordinate with the appropriate cross impacted units and 3rd party suppliers to design and implement infrastructure solutions to support Contact Center projects. -Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end process for destination moves and hardware/software builds and upgrades.
