Network Services/Support

DESCRIPTION

A Network Services/Support consultant is needed to use their in-depth knowledge of networking to design and implement solutions for our clients. The consultant will be responsible for consulting project activities from technical presales through project implementation. Acts as the subject matter expert within a specific discipline. Creates recommendation and implements new methods, techniques and/or procedures.

The consultant is expected to help with the architecture and implementation of several of the following technologies:
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express/SRST 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Unity and Unity Connection 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Unity Express
  • Cisco Unified Presence and CUPC 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Emergency Responder 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 7.x/8.x
  • Cisco Meeting Place/Meeting Place Express
  • H323/SIP/MGCP
  • IP Video
  • Cisco Hardware& Software
  • Voice and Video QoS
  • Avaya VoIP products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Contract Center Arch. experience
  • Strong VoIP and IPTel knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cisco Comm Mgt and Contact Center expertise
  • Cisco Ops Mgr experience is desired
  • Cisco Qos and Cos expertise is required
