A Minneapolis based Healthcare Industry focused Technology company is in need of a MySQL DBA with Perl Scripting skills to join an Open Source PHP Software Development Team.

If you are a MySQL DBA or Database Administrator with Perl experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:
- 3+ years experience with MySQL Database Administration including replication techniques, complexities, automation, monitoring and high-availability strategies
- Experience with SQL performance tuning and writing queries.
- ETL experience
- Strong Linux System Administration skills.
- Perl Scripting Experience.
- SAN/NAS storage systems.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage, administer and maintain MySQL databases
- Troubleshooting all issues, ensuring functionality, and optimizing MySQL databases
- Working with Linux Admins and Software Development team to ensure delivery of applications
- Ensuring data security.
