In cooperation with the Director of Sales prepare marketing strategies with the goals of increasing brand awareness and lead generation. One focus of these activities is the local, state and private markets.  Research trade shows and submit proposals for trade shows to attend. Coordinate and manage all aspects of trade show preparation including assistance in the selection of the booth and the layout by interfacing with the show organizers and the relative internal departments, eg shipping. Ensure all the appropriate preshow marketing opportunities are being utilized (eg show catalog entries, direct mails, customer invitations) Participate in trade shows as required Coordinate the post show activities, eg ensuring all information gets sent out in a timely manner. Perform post show assessments on usefulness of the specific show (ROI). Ensure we are listed in all appropriate Buyers Guides and similar publications, both for trade shows as well as magazine and trade association related guides and push for the creation of new product categories when appropriate. Prepare articles and case studies to be published in the appropriate magazines and on our web site. Design and place advertisements in select catalogs and magazines keeping in mind ROI and tracking the effectiveness of these ads. Continuous placement of product announcements and editorials about all products Generate and manage reference lists for our products Perform market research on specific markets of interest with the objective to assess market size and potential customers. Stay in constant contact with the press and TV media in order to guarantee that, when they publish articles or they transmit TV services concerning our products, they will use our photos, video and other relevant material

Coordinate and implement direct mail and other campaigns including creation and production of the publicity material. Assist in the preparation of technical presentations as well as training and marketing materials.

Minimum 5 year experience, Bachelors in Marketing required. Experience in electronics, instrumentation, or industrial application highly preferred.
