Manufacturing Operator  

Permanent
1. Load and unload manufacturing equipment and perform a variety of routine, repetitive hand processing and assembly operations to process various products to specification.
2. Check parts, subassemblies, and assemblies to avoid mixes and detect obvious physical defects. Perform any required gauging or specialized checking or inspection.
3. Visually inspect product for various defects.
4. Verify operation of product.
5. Perform routine repair work as assigned.
6. Stock handle materials and supplies.
7. Maintain shrinkage, production, quality, SPC and other required records either manually or with a data terminal.
8. Rotate positions as necessary to meet production demands.
9. Train less experienced operators.
10. Perform each phase of the operation in full compliance with all company, state, and/or federal safety and environmental regulations.
11. Perform and assume full responsibility for his/her Responsible to practice good workmanship and fully meet the quality requirements of the job with respect to product or service provided to fellow employees or customers.
12. Notify designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process, or equipment.
13. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area (s) and observe company policies at all times.

Education required High School Diploma

Must be available to work any shift.

Requirements: Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred
