• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or ten years of manufacturing engineering experience
• At least three years of experience with manufacturing processes

• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
• Teambuilding skills, customer focus, organizational agility, drive for results
• 3 years of experience in mechanics, cutting tools, and manufacturing control systems
• 3 years of experience with statistics, GD&T and metrology
• Experience with ISO 14001/TS 16949 standards
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of diesel engine technology
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent MS Office product skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read prints
• Previous experience with problem resolution and process improvements
• One year or more experience in an engineer position with responsibilities for assembly processes
• Advanced degree
• Must be willing to work third shift
