Job Description:
(Description) POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for acting as the day-to-day contact between the client team and the Access Data SalesVision team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day-to-day service for multiple SalesVision clients
Work with multiple client service related teams (Data Stewardship, Insight Services, etc) in tracking and resolving the client issues and related tasks
Troubleshoot emergency/immediate client issues that can be resolved intra-day through self diagnosis or by working with members of other SalesVision teams
Work with Broadridge Relationship Manager(s) and Access Data Sales team to manage client issues, develop account management strategies and develop additional revenue opportunities
Work with the Product Development team to identify possible new system enhancements, modules, services, etc
Inform client of upcoming system releases. Keep them informed of release dates, new functionality, enhancements, new services, etc
Act as a billable resource for purposes of completing projects for clients or acting in an Insight Services capacity
Ensure that all client needs related to SalesVision are being met or addressed on a timely basis
Establish regular communications with the client team and manage the customer relationship through regular and effective communication to provide proactive support and delivery of a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of SalesVision products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs
Other duties as assigned
Stays informed of/follows all relevant Broadridge policies to ensure the security and privacy of data.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic) MINIMUM SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
3 - 5 years experience within or related to mutual fund distribution
Strong understanding of business goals
Solid business acumen and knowledge of commercial business processes
Proven track record with leading technical & business teams
Quickly establishes business credibility, confidence & respect
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communications skills in both oral and written form.
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and management
Work requires the ability to multi-task and to be flexible
Knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry especially transfer agency and sub-accounting systems
Familiarity with databases and SQL a plus
Position involves contact with the public, necessitating the ability to present a professional image
Ability to travel
Must be highly effective in a fast paced environment

Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
Experience Range: 3 - 5 years
