Job Title: Manager of Business Analysis (Application Services)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Downtown)

Position Overview:
Our client has an opening for a Manager of Business Analysis in our Application Services department. The Manager of Business Analysis will lead and perform business analysis (process improvement, application analysis and quality assurance) activities for a diverse set of initiatives involving the firms legal and administrative areas. The Manager supervises and professionally develops a team of business analysts, manages relationships with internal stakeholders, and works with the Director of Application Services to define standards, procedures, service-level commitments, and objectives for the team.

Required Qualifications:
The individual must have a demonstrated ability to organize workload, strong skills in problem solving and critical thinking, detail orientation, ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, and ability to motivate stakeholders toward common goals and objectives
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in management, business, computer science, or a related field. Sufficient applicable work experience can be substituted for this requirement.
A minimum of seven years experience performing business analysis at an enterprise wide-level with vendor or developed custom applications as solutions.
A minimum of four years experience performing quality assurance activities such as creating test strategy, test plans, test cases, test execution and leading user acceptance testing initiatives.
Knowledge of and experience with current best practices and methods in business analysis and quality assurance; ability to evaluate staff knowledge and performance effectively in these areas

Desired Requirements:
Process improvement specific techniques or experience with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and ITIL methodologies
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification a plus
Experience with legal technology, working in a law firm, and with any of the Firms major enterprise applications
