Manager Application Development and Support - Software development experience with Microsoft .NET (C# preferred) and SQL Server - Experience in a retail environment managing multiple teams of developers through the entire development life cycle to include application support - Exp in "flat", fast paced, and dynamic organization - Exp with BMC Service Desk and Service Management (version 6.x +) - ITIL Foundation Certified - Exp using Microsoft Enterprise Project Manager
Manage a team of analysts and/or developers responsible for the organization's applications development and support function. Evaluates existing applications to determine technical changes, schedules projects and resources, and monitors project timelines. Sets and implements policies and procedures related to application quality standards and testing.
