Prestigious Enterprise Company, located in the Kenosha, Wisconsin area, is currently seeking a Mac Systems Administrator. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Apple product integration into a mixed Windows environment Administer Mac hardware (G5s, Mac Pros, iMacs, Mac Mini & iPad) Apply software patches & upgrades Diagnose problems, train users & provide desktop computing support - constant face-to-face end user interaction Strong knowledge of Mac OS 10.x, command line administration, image creation & Open Directory Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS4, DAVE software, Extensis Font products & FileMaker Pro Experience with Windows 2003/2008, XP, Win7 & Microsoft Office products, Agility, JollyFastNC & Quark Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, administration, creation of user accounts & Internet Email Experience with high-end color printers (Xerox, Ricoh, Fiery) Working knowledge of remote connectivity software such as RDP, Citrix & Cisco VPN Ability to communicate well with developers, designers & management Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a must.
