MPS Support Account Manager (Lotus Notes) MPS (Mobile Platform Services)
The role of Support Account Manager within the MPS department will provide technical support services to Vox Mobile's Mobility Managed Infrastructure client base.
The Support Account Manager will support the sever connectivity between the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and Lotus Notes Environments. Also included but not limited to in this role will be troubleshooting, system installations, remote administration and training. It will be asked that the Support Account Manager provides clear and complete documentation of the client user issues and requests as well as the proper transferring and escalation of vendor/manufacturer issues when deemed appropriate. Skills, Requirements & Knowledge 3+ years as a BlackBerry BES Administrator Experience installing or migrating from one version of BES to another 3+ years experience as a Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator Microsoft Exchange Administrator a plus Proven career history of progression, stability and advancement a plus Provide technical support services to our Mobility Managed Services customer base, including troubleshooting and training. Support the server connectivity between BlackBerry Enterprise Server and the Lotus Notes environment Work closely with other team members to gain knowledge and transfer support information within the team. Troubleshooting, along with providing clear and complete documentation of user problems and requests, and proper transferring and escalation of carrier and vender/manufacturer issues when appropriate. Effective use of Support Center tools and systems including Parature incident management system, I3 ACD, Vox Mobile's knowledgebase, receiving database, shipping sites, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Meets established metrics of phone usage and ticket handling. Continue technology training by actively pursuing other Certifications. Role Required Certs:
