Assist and maintain worldwide technical equipment property accountability. Create and manipulate database management systems. Maintain accurate inventory management accountability records and files. Manage administrative property accountability functions and prepares documents in accordance with agency policies. Perform inventory of property and report any deficiencies to management. Assist in report of survey process and recommend corrective actions. Serve as the inventory representative for all inventory management functions. Exercise program responsibility for standard and unique supply systems. Participate in the development of functional guidance for new systems and for major system modification. Plans and determines current and future supply requirements to meet customer needs for items of high monetary value and high criticality to readiness. Coordinate with representatives of other organizations and agencies concerning precedent-setting, controversial, sensitive, and/or complex issues and their relationships to other material management functions, processes, and organizations. The logistics analyst must actively serve as a team leader or member to accomplish assigned projects when necessary. Must have the physical and mental stamina to lift/move equipment and stand for long periods. Requires at least 4 years of general (preferably IT) logistics  experience. Also requires proficiency in MS Office tools to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
