Litigation Support Analyst

Law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst in our Orlando location. This position will provide litigation technology support to case teams and serve as an interface between attorneys, paralegals, other firm support groups and eDiscovery vendors. The Litigation Support Analyst will manage and administer the litigation life cycle from conception to completion, by providing computerized support to help plan, organize, research and analyze cases in a more cost effective and timely manner. This position will also manage and analyze the litigation case intake process, develop practical solutions to client technology needs, manage vendors to assure that high quality work product deliverables and services are provided, and act as a liaison between IT and the Practice Group to resolve computer system issues.

We require a bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in litigation support in a law firm setting, as paralegal or in the IT department. This position also requires knowledge and expertise in the litigation process and the use of technology to support litigation and e-discovery efforts, including Summation, LiveNote, CaseSoft products, image management software, and trial presentation software (preferably Trial Director). Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal service skills, the ability to manage projects, have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating and presentation skills, demonstrated organizational and teamwork skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff. Candidates should have the ability to work independently and have the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment working under strict deadlines.
