What you need for this position:
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent credentials; top tier law school, Order of the Coif and Law Review preferred
- Experience in complex business litigation
- Superior writing skills
- Ideal candidate will have unfair competition, antitrust litigation, counseling, and a background in general economics

What you'll be doing:
- Work with partners to interview clients and gather necessary information
- Conduct depositions, draft motions and discovery documents, respond to discovery
- Counsel clients throughout process
