Learning Management System Coordinator	Contract

Adecco E&T has an immediate need for a Learning Management System Coordinator to work with us on a client site in Sugarland, TX to support the creation and delivery of various forms of technical training through technology and electronic resources. This individual is responsible for supporting strategies and technologies that leverage digital media to instruct and educate staff across the organization. The LMS Coordinator will also participate in the design, construction, and implementation of corporate intranets, E-learning applications, and courseware that support business objectives. Essential Functions: Assists in the creation and management of technical training programs including both distance and in-class Web-based training programs and courses. Collaborate with management team to develop, evaluate, and implement eLearning/Online learning technology plans. Coordinate and maintain the company's E-learning Intranet or Web site by posting and updating course materials, grades, and other information. Review, organize and load training materials in the LMS and keep them up to date. Creating timelines and work plans for each assignment, as directed by the training manager & director. Collaborate as needed with third-party providers of educational materials and resources to ensure that they meet organization training goals and objectives. Be familiar with, review and recommend for purchase, available eLearning/Online learning programs and systems. Revise & convert training material to new formats & standards. Maintain training tracking dashboards and databases. Ability to capture video footage using a Professional camcorder. Ability to edit video footage with professional editing software. Capable to construct and deconstruct remote studio areas. Ability to understand footage angles for optimal video Clear understanding of sound systems and ability to optimize sound Ability to shoot stills and adopt stills into video sessions Knowledgeable with converting VHS to DVD Create animations & photographs for training material Overtime : straight time Qualifications/Requirements: College diploma or 4 year university degree in the field of computer science, instructional design, or educational technology Travel Requirements 10% 2-3 years of relevant experience including videography In-depth experience with PowerPoint Direct, recent experience with E-learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education. Strong familiarity with recognized E-learning technical standards. Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications, including Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Flash. Ability to adapt and handle multiple projects with different priority levels. Interested candidates, send an updated Resume in MS Word format. EOE
