Job Description:
(Description) Sr. Quality Assurance Lead

Duties and Responsibility:
This is a cross functional team member position working directly with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts and functional SME's:
Translating/converting business, functional and technical requirements into a documented test plan with use cases and test scripts.
Identify missing requirements and communicate with business analysts.
Develops estimates for all testing processes.
Performs end-to-end system testing, systems integration testing, usability testing, load/stress testing, negative testing, and may assist with unit testing and/or user acceptance testing as directed.
Performs comprehensive regression testing following a rigorously defined change control methodology and process
Follow standardized testing infrastructure model and testing guidelines
Develops specific test conditions for regression, functionality, and stress testing including the development of detailed test datasets to support the identified scenarios.
Identifies tests that should/can be automated and reduces the redundant testing efforts of the application project teams. Responsible for promoting automated testing methodology and agenda.
Defines and tests for client usability/end user experience.
Cross functional role working directly with software developers, business analysts, project managers and quality assurance specialists to design quality into the product upfront
Develops complex automated test scripts and ensures the scripts can be integrated into a repeatable process
Generates specific QA documentation including QA status reports, defect logs, test logs
Provides accurate estimates to project manager and assists in project coordination and scheduling
Test security of applications
Conducts QA defect reviews and status meetings
Function as part of a Quality team to determine and document test case acceptance criteria
Software development experience
Develop specific metrics and/or KPI's to track Quality Improvements
Develop testing documentation for new implementations and enhancements projects
Assist with manual testing as required
Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
Experience developing documentation including user guides and training manuals
Provide user training (internal/external) and fields questions related to the product

Domain Experience:
Understanding of warehouse management, distribution and logistics
Knowledge of print on demand solutions and automation and quality controls
Content management solutions including automation and quality controls
e-Delivery of content
Knowledge of 401k/retirement savings plans
Familiarity with Adobe's PDF document format
Knowledge of product functionality and user interfaces for DOCS, Legacy, PageFlex, e360

Candidate Profile:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business
CTSE certification is a plus
5+ years of software testing experience preferably in a product development environment
SDLC experience
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
Knowledge of Quality Center/QTP
Experience with XML
Excellent written and oral skills

Qualifications Required:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business
CTSE certification is a plus
5+ years of software testing experience preferably in a product development environment
