Job Description:

- Act as lead for the ICI Finance Team by coordinating the preparation of annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, month-end close & deliverable cycle; assist ICI controller with five-year strategic plan, financial risks & opportunities reporting and sales-to-revenue analysis
- Manage the reporting & analysis of impact & MBS Expert service bureau processing revenue; organize and maintain service bureau model & processing data, and reporting of trade KPI's to corporate FP&A department
- Maintain & review client contract database; liaise with legal & billing teams to ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance; handle new-client setup on AS400 system; research and resolve client production issues; provide support and assistance to account management team regarding client issues
- Perform in-depth P&L analysis; prepare presentation packages & decks utilizing analytical tools such as Essbase, PowerPoint, Excel charts & graphs, and detailed variance commentary highlighting trends and deviations to management
- Proactively work with functional department leaders to understand and explain performance trends for forecasting & planning purposes while providing analysis on operational effectiveness, profitability, expense variances and cost containment opportunities
- Manage the preparation of special reports and ad hoc projects for the ICI controller (eg client pricing models, statistical trends, team member coaching, recommend on-going process improvements, etc.)

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
B.S. Required, preferably in accounting
7+ years financial/accounting experience
Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
Oracle/Essbase experience a plus.
Strong analytic ability with skills to partner with and help manage the business
Education: Bachelors (highly preferred)
