What you need for this position:

*10-15 years of professional business lawyer experience working in a DOD and government contracts environment
* Law Degree
*Extensive experience with government procurement, including FAR, DAR, ITAR and DCAA experience
*Strong negotiation skills
*Manage outside counsel, including budget
* Excellent written and communication skills

What you'll be doing:

Provide a broad spectrum of legal advice on government contracts laws and regulations as it relates to subcontracts and commercial contract laws. Will be drafting and negotiating contract terms, interpretation of contracts, analysing regulations and supporting DCAA audits.
